By enrolling in an ARTSCOOL class or workshop, you agree to the following;
Whilst we do have payment plans, it is important to note that fees are for the whole term, not weekly or per class. There is considerable time and planning, materials and resources involved.
No refunds are available after the date of the first class. If your child is sick, we will do our best to arrange a catch-up lesson or arrange materials to be taken home to complete. However, we cannot always guarantee this (unless it is COVID-19 related, see below).
No refunds or credits for missed classes.
WORKSHOPS AND SHUTDOWNS:
No refunds for missed workshops.
If your holiday workshop booking falls during COVID lockdown; the workshop will be rescheduled . If the rescheduled date cannot be attended; credit for use in future workshops or term classes will be issued.
If you or your child cannot make a workshop due to illness or other circumstances. We will try our best to put you in the workshop at a later date. We cannot guarantee that this will occur.
ARTSCOOL has negotiated a partnership with a leading Australian online provider of virtual art classes. If the studio temporarily closes due to government mandated shutdowns; students in term classes will have access to online classes and participate in weekly zoom meetings with an ARTSCOOL staff member, where possible, we will deliver material kits.
ARTSCOOL is COVID-19 compliant and takes the health and safety of its student's, visitors, and staff very seriously. Please notify ARTSCOOL immediately if you or a child has attended a workshop or class and subsequently found out that you have been exposed to a person with covid-19 or a person from a designated hotspot. Likewise, do not attend ARTSCOOL or let your child attend ARTSCOOL with any COVID-19 related symptoms including flu-like symptoms or cold symptoms.
GENERAL HEALTH AND SAFTEY:
Please notify us if your child has serious any medical issues or allergies.
All staff members have working with children clearances (Blue Card).
